I am so excited about today’s fashion feature because I get to share with you the perfect sweater. I have worn this sweater so much since it arrived on my door step, that it’s almost embarrassing. Last Saturday I didn’t leave the house once. Not.once. I wasn’t feeling well and was able to lounge around in this Cabled Boucle Pullover sweater from Chadwicks all day. The next day, I was feeling much better and I had an event to attend at The Domain in Austin. So yep, you guessed it – I wore the sweater again, and this time I grabbed my new Hunter boots.
There are so many reasons why I love this sweater: the cable knit design, the relaxed cowl neck, the button detailing on the sides and the fact it’s incredibly soft. Pairing it with my boots and boot socks made this one perfect Hunter boots outfit I’ll be wearing a lot this season.
The ring I’m wearing is from my very first Rocksbox subscription. It’s the a.v. max caged ring and it fits me perfectly. Are you familiar with Rocksbox? You pay a monthly fee of just $19 to receive unlimited designer jewelry. First you fill out the style survey, receive 3 pieces to wear on loan and return them anytime to receive 3 more pieces. And of course if you fall in love with something, you have the option to purchase it. I’m very impressed with the service and the selections I received so far. Can you say Kendra Scott? I received a pair of her earrings in my box and have to decide if I’m sending them back or not! To sign up, go here and use code juliebff398.
Back to the Hunter boots for a minute…I purchased mine after a fashion friend alerted me they were available at Costco for an outstanding price. They still have a few sizes and colors left, and you have to be a member to purchase them. If you don’t want to get them at Costco, Amazon has them as well. I chose the matte black pair because they’ll go with everything. I did some research on them before purchasing and found out that the gloss fades over time and starts looking matte eventually. I was also told they don’t have half sizes, so to go a size down. I wear an 8 1/2, so I purchased an 8 and they fit perfectly.
