I’m Mixing Things Up for Easter

What am I mixing up for Easter you ask? Prints. This year I have the prettiest Easter dress from Metrostyle. It’s their Mixed Media Dress and is one of the easiest ways to mix up patterns. This one-piece dress features a polka-dot bodice and a floral skirt.

I like to experiment with mixing up patterns for different outfits and two of my favorite, and I believe easiest ways, is to pair floral with stripes like I did here or floral with polka dots. And if you’re wanting easy ways to incorporate florals into your spring wardrobe, be sure to check out this floral fashion collaboration I did with some of my blogging friends.

This dress from  Metrostyle takes the guess work out of pattern mixing.

My favorite features of this dress are the pleated neckline, cap sleeves and the piping at the waist. It’s made with a polyester/spandex blend and is so incredibly comfortable.

I’ve been wearing longer skirts and dresses lately since my legs are not my favorite feature and I have come to really like this length. It sits just below the knee, making it flattering, while covering up the thigh area.

To complete my look, I wore some of my favorite jewelry pieces, blacks heels and black sequin clutch.
