Edamame with Smoked Paprika

A great snack for adults and kids. It's easy to make and delicious to eat.

Ingredients

  • A bag of frozen edamame
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • 2. Cook the edamame in the microwave for 5 minutes, if you bought the steamer bags in the frozen section.
  • 3. Mix the edamame with the 3 Tbsp olive oil and a little salt and pepper.
  • 4. Roast on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Let sit on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with a little smoked paprika.
  • 6. Serve and enjoy!
