Ingredients

  • 1 cup of calcium-fortified soy milk
  • ½ cup of orange juice
  • ¼ cup of wheat germ
  • One medium banana

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with an orange slice. (Optional)
