My love for J. Jill dresses continues and I’m excited to share a few from their August collection. First up, the Wearever Pleated-Back-A Line Print Dress.
This knit dress is basically wrinkle free and features an inverted pleat from the back yoke, giving it a different look and feel from other a-line dresses in my closet. It also has a boat neckline and sits up a little higher on the neck than I’m used to, but I absolutely love it.
The ikat-inspired dot print gives this dress a classy feel. Plus it’s incredibly soft and fits perfectly – not too loose and not too tight. If you’re looking for a dress you can throw in your suitcase and not worry about the shape it will be in when you reach your destination, this is the dress for you. You can easily dress it down with sandals and minimal jewelry, or dress it up with heels. As we head into early fall, I plan on wearing this with black ankle boots.
